We have been catering since 1992. Our philosophy has always been to prepare good stylish food simply. We always ensure the highest quality ingredients are sourced. Many ingredients come from local farmers and with an extensive garden of her own, Tessa has been known to design menus around what produce will be available in her garden.
We have had the privilage of catering for hundreds of weddings and corporate events. Tessa is one of the best strategists and can effortlessly coordinate and cook a gourmet meal for hundreds in a paddock/shed/marquee/hall with no water or power and not miss a beat.
Cocktail parties on the beach to elaborate three day marquee weddings, we literally have done and will do it all. We can effortlessly supply the food alone or in addition help coordinate staff, hiring and decoration.
